Father’s Day has reportedly been celebrated since at least the Middle Ages, but the modern Father’s Day was officially made a holiday by President Richard Nixon in the United States.

From then, other countries began to celebrate Father’s Day by honouring dads on the third Sunday in June or on different official days to fit in with their own holidays. In Australia, the holiday falls on the first Sunday of September and usually involves a nice meal, family gatherings, and Father’s Day gifts.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY OF FATHER’S DAY HAMPERS TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Bockers & Pony deliver hampers Australia-wide by courier, providing first-rate customer service, and an outstanding delivery record.

We provide delivery Australia-wide. You can also include a thoughtful gift message card with your Father’s Day gift basket. So, whether you are sending to Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane or anywhere in between, our gift hampers are delivered straight to your door.

All hamper deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If your order is placed before midnight, most hampers will be delivered on the next available business day. Although it will take extra 1-2 days to reach regional or rural locations such as Darwin, Albany or Broome, for example.
